All RVs and motor homes must be in good condition, well maintained and in full working order.
We do not allow RVs older than 10 years, unless they have been approved before you make your reservation. We reserve the right to decide if your RV is acceptable for the park.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
*Late fees will be applied to rentals not paid within 5 days of the due date.*
Check-in is at 2:00 pm Check-out is at 11:00 am
There will be a charge for early check in and late check out.
The max number of people per site is 6. Any reservation with more than 4 people, will be charged $5.oo per person per night
DO NOT give out the gate code to anyone. Meet your guest at the gate to let them in.
WE DO NOT ALLOW SUBLETTING OF CAMPERS OR AIRBNB.
Washing of boats, vehicles or RV is NOT ALLOWED in the Park.
TWO car limit per reservation. If more than TWO cars enter the park for your site you will be charged $5.00 a day for parking.
No charging of electric cars.
DO NOT pour cooking oil, motor oil or any other toxins on the grass around your lot.
NO food deliveries in the park. You must meet them at the gate in your car.
DO NOT give out the gate code.
All campers are responsible for the conduct of their children, their pets and their guests.
Park only on the site you are renting. Do not park on other lots
NO automotive repairs or maintenance allowed in the park.
Any RV repairs must be approved by management first and owner must stay on site while the RV is being repaired. DO NOT give out the gate code to repair people. Meet them at the gate.
No major repairs or remodeling of RVs onsite.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, losses of personal property, or losses from any cause.
Deep South is not responsible for any damaged or stolen property.
Deliveries are not allowed. All mail and deliveries must go to a PO box.
Limit streaming or gaming on our WIFI, as it prevents other from using the internet.
We reserve the right to eject or ask to leave, any camper or visitor, at any time, for failure to observe the rules.
Guest 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult in the shower/laundry facility.
NO pets allowed in the shower/laundry facility.
All visitors will need to park in the visitor parking area located next to the fence so not to block the road
Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. This includes outside TVs. This rule is strictly enforced and violators will be removed from the premises without hesitation
PROHIBITED excessive noise, nuisance, public intoxication, illegal drug use (sale or exchange), nudity, foul or offensive language, explosives, fireworks and firearms are not permitted inside the park at anytime
Speed limit is 10 MPH for all vehicles including golf carts, and is strictly enforced
No RC controlled devices in the park (drones, toy cars)
No pools, slip n slides or hot tubs allowed in the park
Campers are responsible for keeping their sites clean during their stay. Please do not throw cigarette butts or other trash on the ground.
Cigarette butts on the ground, will not be tolerate. If found on the ground a round your camper, there will be a $50.00 cleanup charge.
Garbage - We do not have site pick up. Please place your garbage in the dumpster at the entrance
Only place household trash in the dumpster. No constructions materials.
Clotheslines, outside refrigerators, freezers, porches, and decks are prohibited
BBQ Grills: Grills must be GAS ONLY. No charcoal or fire grills. DO NOT put grills in the grass
Ground fires or fire pits are not permitted in the park.
PROHIBITED: Tents, canopies, auto repair and wastewater discharge on grounds.
Guest 16 and under need to be accompanied by an adult while driving a golf cart in the park.
Please be respectful of the property, your neighbors, and fellow campers. Do not cut through sites.
Please use the asphalt roads only. DO NOT drive or park in the grass.
Utility trailers, pull behinds or work trailers are not allowed on the lots. Please see management for additional parking spots.
Please park your RV, car, truck, motorcycle, or golf carts on your designated concrete part of your site only. No parking on grass or streets!! Please see management for additional parking spots.
You must not leave your RV unattended for 24 hours or more without notifying the management. Also turn the water to the camper off. If winter season, disconnect the water hose from camper.
In the event of a pandemic or government shut down, credits will be issued instead of refunds.
If a customer is asked to leave the park due to not complying to the policies, there will be no refunds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your reservation is not canceled within 10 days or you are a no show on your arrival date, you will be charged the entire stay.
Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds or credits.
PETS POLICIES
There is a limit of two (2) household pets per site. Dangerous breeds not allowed.
Please keep your pets leashed at all times when outside
No dog fences are allowed
Do not put a stake in the ground and leave your dog
Do not tie your pet to your camper and leave outside
Do not leave your dog unattended outside.
NO pets allowed in the shower/laundry facility.
If your dog barks excessively, you will be asked to leave the park
Please promptly pick up after your pets and do not walk them though other renter’s site
Pet waste must be picked up and wrapped and put in the trash.
We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone that management feels has a pet not suitable for our park
There is no excuse for not picking up after your pet, if you are caught not picking up after your pet you will be asked to leave the park.
I certify that I am over the age of 18 (and assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18). I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to myself or any other person and property as a result of my visit to Deep South and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me. Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge and visit Deep South Boat Storage and RV Park and associated properties and engage in activities or events at Deep South at my own risk.
I will abide by the rules and accept the rental conditions:
I. The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented and I will be responsible for all damage or loss that occurs during my rental period.
II. I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Deep South and its directors and officers, against all loss, damage, expense and penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the undersigned or to any minor child or children in the charge of the undersigned, howsoever rising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees or animals of the said company or not.
III. I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition and further agree that Deep South and its board of directors, officers and staff shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever cause arising, whether property or equipment is loaned or rented.
IV. I enter into agreement freely with Deep South at my own risk, acknowledging the risks inherent in outdoor and river activities and assume any and all responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge.
V. All parties agree to and will comply with Federal, State and County pollution laws and any other applicable laws and regulations.
Deep South Boat Storage and RV Park is a privately owned facility.
